Official Giveaway Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

1. Sponsor

This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Nisolo ( "Sponsor"), in partnership with Katherine Hinds [@millennialhomefaves] ("Co-Host"). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and Co-Host, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) or household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on August 31, 2026 at 12:00AM ET and ends on September 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET ("Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, during the Entry Period, participants must complete the following steps:

  1. Follow @millennialhomefaves and @nisoloshoes on Instagram

  2. Comment on the designated giveaway post tagging three (3) friends

No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person via the required entry method, regardless of the number of accounts held or devices used.

5. Bonus Entries

Participants may earn additional entries by completing any of the following (optional, not required to enter):

  • Sharing the giveaway post to their Instagram Story

  • Signing up for Nisolo email 

Each completed bonus action may count as an additional entry. 

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $250.00 USD credit to be used on nisolo.com ("Prize"). 

Credit is valid for online purchases at nisolo.com only and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or combined with certain other offers unless stated otherwise.

  • Credit expires ninety (90) days from the date of issuance.

  • Any difference between the value of the credit and the purchase price is the sole responsibility of the winner.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period on or around September 4th. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram and/or email (if provided) within five (3) business days of selection.

The winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification to claim the Prize. If the winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within this time, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's and Co-Host's use of the winner's name, likeness, and entry (including tagged content) for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation.

11. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Co-Host, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the Prize.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Nisolo's Privacy Policy, available at [link to Nisolo privacy policy].

13. Disputes

Participants agree that any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judgments shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, not to exceed $250 USD.
